Manufacturing facilities at our plant.
For manufacturing we use best technically designed CNC turning centers, CNC grinders, Super-finishing machines both Indian and Imported. Machines accuracies are regularly calibrated so that each and every race is machined to its geometrical accuracies and ground and surface finished to achieve very low noise levels.
Bearings are assembled after proper gauging and well designed fixtures to achieve high levels of accuracies.
Before packing each and every bearing is inspected and proper records are maintained to track its history in case of complaint.
